Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment & Access Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full. Courses are self-paced and online, accessible 24/7 through your personal login. Access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment unless otherwise specified. 2. Certificates of Completion A certificate will be issued once all modules, quizzes, and assignments are completed. Certificates may be used for professional development, but it is the responsibility of the participant to verify acceptance with their licensing or credentialing agency. 3. Payments & Refunds All course fees must be paid in advance via the secure checkout. Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or documented technical failure. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full. 4. Technology Requirements A reliable internet connection and device (desktop, tablet, or smartphone) are required. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet technical requirements before enrolling. 5. Redistribution, recording, or resale of materials is prohibited without written consent. Participants may download and use provided resources for personal professional use only. 6. Code of Conduct Respectful communication is required in all discussion boards, live sessions, or forums. Harassment, plagiarism, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund. 7.
