Objectivity as a skill: The course emphasizes that objectivity is not an inherent trait but a skill that requires conscious effort, highlighting how biases and family conditioning influence perception. Scientific foundations of perception: Participants explore concepts such as inattentional blindness and experiential blindness, understanding that exposure alone does not guarantee objectivity. Practical observation tools: The curriculum includes methods like running records, structured bias checks, and strength-based documentation to help educators differentiate developmental variations from impairments and disabilities.

Access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment unless otherwise specified. 2. Certificates of Completion A certificate will be issued once all modules, quizzes, and assignments are completed. Certificates may be used for professional development, but it is the responsibility of the participant to verify acceptance with their licensing or credentialing agency. 3.
