Available spots
Service Description
This online, self-paced course prepares educators to apply objectivity in high-stakes, real-world contexts. Participants will learn how to reframe observations into strength-based documentation, integrate funds of knowledge while filtering inherited ignorance, and uphold objectivity under the pressures of IEP/IFSP referrals and systemic diagnostic expectations. Emphasis is placed on cultural humility, collaborative partnerships, and building a professional identity grounded in objectivity. By the end, participants will have developed a portfolio of objective, strength-based observations and a professional statement reflecting their ongoing commitment to objectivity in practice.
